In fact, PC's are far more unreliable platform for games in my view due to having to constantly upgrade every 6 months, aswell as having to install games all the time is annoying.
Consoles are far more simplistic and can save you more money if you wanna play the latest games on a console.
Thats my 2 cents.
And best of all, my 360 is a launch console, I never heard of any problems with scratched discs unless if somebody tilted the 360 with the disc inside.

Vista at the moment from what I hear is not compatable with anything at the moment, XP is still where it's at.
The PS3 has yet to really take off, but the games coming out for it this year and next year will no doubt move tons of PS3 Consoles this holiday season, though it did have a succesfull alunch, it's sales are lagging behind, for now.
The Wii is very rapidly catching up with the Xbox 360 sales wise, but the games so far announced are, meh.

You should play Halo 1 and 2 before you go through Halo 3's storyline, just so you know the storyline.
1. Doubtfull, Gears hasn't even cracked the full potential of the Xbox 360, Halo 3 is gonna be enormous comapred to gears.
2.Nobody said it's gonna kill the PS3.
3.No doubt PS3 sales will increase, but they would stuill ahve to catch up to the Wii before they can catch up to the 360.

Waht you fail to understand is why we would attack Killzone 2.
The Killzone Trailer was CGI, Sony fans then attack Halo calling it worse than Killzone, a select few sony fans still think the trailer was not CGI.
Most of all the original was hyped up to be the Halo killer, and of course it wasn't, it was just average comapred to Halo.
So untill you stop attacking Halo, of course microsoft/xbox/halo fans will attack the game.

It's a well known fact that Halo is the fastest selling game of all time, let alone it broke all records for the biggest opening day in media history.
The only game that even stands a chance (a very good one at that) against Halo 3 is Grand Theft Auto 4.
And all of those who say that Resistence or Killzone are better games, I'm sorry but the "Halo effect" says otherwise.
All "Halo killers" kill themselves, and thats a fact.
The PS3 does not get the Xbox 360 exclusive content at all when the game ships.
That trailer never even brought out any emotion out of me, I think the Halo 2 TV spot trumps it overall.
